A* Performance

A Star is and will continue to be my main provider – You provide 75% of my agency workforce daily – When numbers dwindle I increase the majority with yourselves as that is were I find the consistency and continuity of staff, We see the same faces day in day out which allows me to keep a really rigid and consistent within the workforce even as I flex up and down on the requirements overall. You guys have been with me since 2009 and long may it continue – We are ordering anywhere between 25-40 heads daily and will be looking to increase again as we head into the new financial year and busier peaks.

Onboarding

a massive positive for me – You guys do all the vetting and onboarding and carry out a walk round induction too familiarise staff to the work place which frees up my PAYE staff to concentrate on setting the warehouse up at the start of shifts, this is A massive help and something that all suppliers should have to provide to save a lot of leg work proceeding the candidates starting work with us. All Right to Work is done by yourselves and can be produced at any time.

On-Site Presence

My biggest plus from yourselves is the on-site presence and support we receive – A lot of providers want to provide the staff and that it, we get you on site every other day – You support with any issues on site that may arise and are always available on the phone – As we are a 24/7 operation, this is a game changer.
