Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring wicketing and perforating machinery.
- Setting up machines to meet production specifications.
- Ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
- Conducting routine quality inspections throughout production runs.
- Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
- Completing production records and paperwork accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating wicket, perforator, or similar converting machinery is desirable.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work to production schedules and targets.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
